What is better for losing weight - running a mile or playing the game "Just Dance" for several hours?

there most likely the same but in my opion it would be just dance because you would be moving alot more than running and it would be for several hours

Just dance burns lots of calories, &running is more to gain muscle. I’d say just dance for several hours because it works your whole body! :)

I’m not familiar with the game, but if you dance vigorously for “several hours,” you’ll have gotten all the benefits of running a single mile, plus much more. No need to run, too.
