Yeah, I agree with jlc35906. And your lil sisters BMI (body mass index) is 31.1 VVV

The normal weight for your sister is 62 to 89 pounds. I cant really think of a meal pln for her. but I think you should try and keep her active. YOu know by playing around with her and stuff… Encourage her to participate in a sport that she would enjoy and love. Shes really young so it would be really EASY for her to loose weight. BEsides, shes not supposed to worry bout her weight since shes only 10 years old…

Ok, well… First off, to help with the meal plan, I would advise getting her interested in some sort of activity.. My mom was in swimming, I like soccer, baseball, and football… maybe you should get her interested in a sport. in soccer I lost around 40-50 punds. in youth wrestling, I lost about 110. If you can get her involved in some sort of sport, or activity that involves exersise, that might help. try not to mention about losing weight, just suggest something like, you know I hear so and so is a fun sport, maybe you should try it?? something that will make her feel confident. ummm, I would advise a 2,000 calorie diet/ meal plan( no more then 2,00 caloires a day) your best bet would be to check out core performance training.c om (no spaces) they have a thing where you can set your height, weight and goal weight, and it will give you step by step instructions on what to eat daily, what you can eat, what you cant eat, it even gives you a workout scheduale, and a grocery list of what to buy to help you to stay fit. you will have to say your age is like 18, but if you put in her height, and weight, you dont have to worry about the age.

if you have any questions for me concerning anything at all, please message me. I hope some of this helped! :) =] -coup
