Can I legally do anything if my previous employer keeps saying that my last check hasn't arrived?

Is there any way to track it through the mail, I talked to payroll, and they said they sent it out the same day as always, so I’m thinking it’s too coincidental that when I quit, my check gets lost, I want to take Aarons to court, but do I have any ground?

Answer #1

Yes you can track a mail through the court. I forgot what it is called but you can go to the courts house and definently would have a claim. :) Good luck!
