Leaving home

I also I have another question. If I leave home, and live with my aunt, without my mothers permission, can my mom come force me to come back home? Or can I be sent to juvi? Please help.

well seeing how I did this a couple years ago… your mother can force you to come back. if you dont listen she can notify the police, and yes you will be sent away. c’mon your life cant be that bad… she gave birth to you raised you, fed you, and put a roof over you. some people arent even that lucky.

Yes she can force you back home, if you refuse to go she can call the police. You would eventually be forced either back home or in juvi, unless your home life is to terrible to mention. But then social services would get involved and you would probably be put in foster care until a judge got everything worked out. Then maybe you would be able to live with your aunt. But getting your mother in trouble for something that’s really not all that bad is kind of cruel, and not something you should do because she won’t let you stay out all night or paint your room (not sure what the problem is but, you know what I mean) unless you’re abused, don’t play the social services card.

I think she can but im not sure and I dont think you would be sent to juvi

technically shes you laegal guardian, so srry, but yes she can.
