I think this is called house wife knees I had pain in my knee for ages and that is what the doc said it was as I have 2 children so I was always crawling around after them it was painfull but it does go after time you should go and get it seen to tho as it could be something else
Probably something that will go away with time. The least dangerous place to have pain in the knee is on top. Anything behind or inside the knee cap is bad news. Go easy on it. Depending on your age though, it could be because you’re just. . . old.
