How to help knee joint pain?Help!Quick, please!!?

I have bad knee joint pain.In both knees.It hurts really bad, especially when I run which I do everyday because Im on my schools track team. Do you know of any home remedies to help it? Please and thank you! Many answers are much appreciated!

You probably have what is called runners knee. You need to rest your knees for a while else you could end up with permanent and really serious injuries (2 weeks should be sufficient). Also stretching and other exercises while you are taking a break from running should help keep your knees strong and strengthen them even more.

Also I suggest making an appointment at your doctor and asking them about some anti inflammatory medicines to help with the pain and discomfort.

Did you just get that pain after starting running at school? You need to stop running as it will only get worse as you might had over done it. If you’ve never ran before and then now are running and if you are running on hard surfaces and not grass then it will only get worse. Take some ibuprofen and a week off.
