Keybos/env2 (LG) Help !

heyy,

I got a LG Keybo or env2 whatever you wanna call it. I plug it into my computer (with the USB cord) and ‘wizard’ comes up. and it says I gotta download something. so I do. and well, it says they can’t find the right thing to download for it to work! Help?

well if the computer cant find the right thing then obviously your going to have to buy that thing for your computer , whatever that thing is.
