hi i have intirnal bleeding wen i go to the toilet and i poop, clean blood

this is the first time that this has happened. I have had hemorrhoids but never this can someone help

If it is a lot then you should go to the emergency room. If it happens all the time but not a lot of blood, then make an appointment with an internal medicine doctor so they can look into it. There could be a lot of reasons. Some annoying one like hemorrhoids or other serious ones like colitis, Crohn’s disease, Irritable bowel disease or even Colon cancer.

Rather get a doctors opinion. Most of the time hemorrhoids do bleed a little. However whenever you do get that type of bleeding just find out from your doctor if everything is ok. I personally don’t think that it’ll be anything serious for you especially since you have had hemorrhoids for a while.
