What should a scary insane asylum room have in it?

i have chosen a insane asylum for my room at jc’s haunted house and have came up with the thought’s of peeling paint, a dead guy on the floor next to the wall with have a gurney with the hand restrants and feet restrants with a guy screaming,” NO, GET AWAY FROM ME WITH THAT, NO. NO, AHHHHHH!”, i will also have the infamous Dr. Satin from Rob Zombie’s House of 1000 corpses (for those who don’t know dr. Satin was a doctor who did cruel things to people and then was chased down and and hung but then is revived some how through dark magic to further his sick and demented prosejures in an underground tunnel with kidnapped people to make gruesome creations.) i was thinking of possibly doing the version of him before he died with his bloody doctors apearl on and the bloody docters mask with a bone saw and his tray of equipment such as a scalpel, bone chipper, amputation knife, an old style hand crank drill, and some other knifes and hooks. i need some more help filling in the room and would greatly appreciate it if you can help me with some ideas or items. Again i am doing this for a room and haven’t yet gotten the items
