Well Go to a regular farmacy and buy some hydrogen peroxide , its the best u can do , its cheap ,it doesnt hurt at all! and no prescription needed. if when u put it on ur wound turns white dont freak its killing bacteria.Also dont breath in the peroxide just breath trough ur mouth, hydrogen peroxide is sometimes use as a sedative because if u breathe it in it will make u drowsy. use a cotton ball and keep on using it intul the wound get better. make sure its says for external use only and anti infective, mostly every bottle says it. hope this helped KinaLoveAngel

keep bathing with salt water, as hot as you can stand it without burning your nose, but an infection in a nose piercing needs to be treated with antibiotics via your doctor… happened once to me in the past… the nose is one of the dirtiest place on the body…you must get this professionally treated to avoid further problems.
