I have clear liquid coming out of my belly button and it hurts could it be infected?
It could very well be infected. If you aren’t sure, you should go to a doctor and get it checked out. That’s what I did when a weird red liquid that wasn’t blood was coming out of my ears, and it turned out to be infected but that was 2 years ago.
