im thinkin of getting up at 6am each morning to train for football/soccer for an hour or so as I am always wanting to improve, is this a good idea as I also have school to attend at 9am-3.20pm?

Answer #1

yeah just don’t go too hard out. heaps of people get up at like 6 for a run etc before school. it will probably be good too as excersise in the morning will help you stay awake/alert in class and let more info into your brain. just don’t over-do the training.

Answer #2

I dont see anything rong with it at all..but be carefull you can hurt yourself

Answer #3

its fine long as your sleep patterns adjust and you get at least 8 hours sleep but sometimes you will require a little more.

Answer #4

I am I figure skater and I skate every morning from 5-7:30 before school. I dont see anything wrong with it as long as you are dedicated to your sport and as long as you are willing to get up early every morning then yeah GO FOR IT

Answer #5

yeah mate, its no worries…4-5days a week, our rugby team meets up at 5am and does a run…you gotta work to improve, so put in the hard work and go every morning you have to. But if you feel like theres no way you can do it, don’t you’ll end up hurting yourslef.
