im 5'5 and weigh 122 Ibs

ok so im 5’5 and weigh 122 Ibs and I don’t think im fat, but I wanna lose like 5 maybe 10 pounds. anyways what do you think, and is it possible to loose that ina week?

I’ve done it before lost 16 lb in 2 weeks I don’t know I dint each much because I was to busy with school work and with firends lol

just try and stay busy and you just tend to forget about food.. ok maybe its not the best way to loose weight but if you want to loose weight quicky I seems to be the best way :)
