Well since you’re both underage I think it’s still considered child pornography. I think it’s best to never film yourself having sex because you never know where it might end up. Once that video hits the internet, it can never be taken down (people save it and distribute it themselves). It will circulate the internet FOREVER for your grandchildren’s children to see. I’m not saying that you will upload it, but if it falls into the wrong hands somehow, you’re in trouble…

Yes it’s illegal. I believe that’s two felonies right there by itself, promoting and possessing child pornography.
