How to lose weight if I don't have the time?

the time… because if I stop eating then I dont have to worry about working out I can just be chill with my friends.

I dont want to eat little meals and work out I want to stop..

and I hate docter…

I cant stand people makeing fun of be because im realy really fat…

im 14 and 200 pounds

you do have the time, you’re just too lazy to make the time. I suggest you DO NOT become anorexic… and just go on a healthy diet. :] THAT is the best way. Because if you go anorexic… then you’re going to have even more problems.

Losing weight is hard and it would take more self control to not eat, then it would to eat healthy and exercise, so you should reconsider what you said.
