No…your mom is going to have to know…

Unless your parents acknowledge that you are old enough to decide where you want to live, then a court has to decide on it.

Have you talked to your dad about any of this? It would probably behoove you to inform HIM of your plans…

I’m sorry but the anwer is no. :( until you are 18 you cannot choose where to live without a court or someone legal getting involved. I know this because I had similar stuff going on a while ago. tell your dad how you feel, and see how he responds and what he thinks etc. if you really hate being around your mum, then dont be mean and snappy to her (I was and it really didnt help, she was always asking what was wrong, which made me even angrier) but dont be overly nice to her either. if you can, and I know you’ll probably disagree, but try to tell your mum how you feel, you dont have to, but if you want to live your dad you are going to have to tell her the truth sometime. dont lie. this mucks things up so bad. hope I’ve helped. please comment on my profile page what happens :)

that is not possible,your mom has to be told,nomatter what!!! you need to have a talk with your mom,u need to tell her about your feelings and then judge her in the 3 weeks,if she changes then fine,if doesn’t then you could leave!!! you also need to ask her why she doesn’t want you to live with your father!!!

What you could do is talk to your dad and he could take your mom to court and since your 15 you get to pick who you want to live with, but your mom would find out..
