I'm so mad at myself...

I just ate 2 ribs and almost 2 servings of chips. did that mess up my hole diet? I been dieting since yestorday.

Will this slow down my weight loss? I’m so mad at myself

You sould take everyuday as a new day I have been on a healty eatting scheme for the last 2 months and lost over a stone.

You can have good days and bad days just take it as it goes don’t give up on yourself

no you should be ok…eating meat when you’re on a diet really isn’t that bad…it’s the chips that pushed it. in your diet allow yourself some time to endulge in eating every once in a while. let yourself have a fun size peice of chocolate (on occassion)or whatever your weakness is. it’s ok!!
