How can I lose some weight when I'm fat?

I wake up every morning and I HATE the way I look. it kills me, and I think about it all the time. like I’ve taught myself that if I walk, sit, dress, and basically anything a certin way I’ll look thinner. it’s completely rules my life. I can’t eat anything like chocolate or hamburger because all I think about is omg, that’s sooo fattening. I’ve tried just about everything to try and lose weight, but nothing’s worked. I don’t really eat a lot, like a meal or 2 (portion-sized) a day, and it’s all good stuff, but my problem is exercise. I have to get up at 6 (at latest) for school and I have to stay afterschool till 6:30pm 3 days a week for marching band practice, plus I’m taking advance courses so I really need to study. and I have at least 2 hours worth of hw and I’m thinking of trying to get a weekend job, and maybe a flute tutor. so, I have a pretty much jammed-packed scheduale and I don’t know how I can fit exercising in or what’s even the most effective way to do it. I mean, I’m not obese (technically) but I look fat and I’m like 30 lbs overweight. I willing to do just about anything… I just need help,advice, support, moivational friends, or something. please help. :[

A meal or two a day isn’t the way to go. Start with a small nutritious breakfast, something with some protein and complex carbs. Eat four other smaller meals a day, consisting of fruits, vegetables and water.

Marching band 3 days a week is good exersize.

Eat more! —> very important –> Your body is storing fat, because you are starving it.
Nibble throughout the day on healthy snacks like fruits and veggies. Drink AT LEAST two 16 ounces of water a day. It wouldnt hurt to add a few fiber tablets to your diet either. I keep small boxes of raisens in my purse to munch on throughout the day… IT WORKS.

or before u eat..drink water it helped me out alot and i think they say that drinking tea alleviates the fat..but most importantly do exercises everyday..not all day but atleast a half to an hour a day sit ups help out and jogging and jumping around does to. but u need to balance out ur schedule u knwo..

maybe if you jus walk and you can still have hamburgers and stuff jus more fruit amd fegies will help join a track tem if you have one at your skool jus dont think about your weight jus think about how you will look

set goals. dont get discouraged. just keep trying. just dont think that you have to be like everyone else. getting an eating disorder is not the way to go.

eating is only part of it. you also have to excercise but it doesnt really seem like you have a lot of time to do that.
