I find it hard to eat
Everymorning I get nauseated to the point everything makes me want to throw up. I’m not pregnant, I’ve never recently been bulimic. I just have a weak stomach in the morning, so what should I eat.
a nature valley bar ( granolla bar ), a banana and a glass of milk, real fruit juice or water. oh and get more sleep. if you get enough sleep you probably wont feel that way anymore.
