Why is my upper back in pain?
Hey… All of a sudden I woke up one morning, about last week and now I’m experiancing lost of pain on my upper back. Does anyone have advice? Pain killers dont work.
mabey you slept wrong you can try streching yoga arobix(im not sure thats how you spell it) do to the doctors
I’m a gymnast so I know all about this stuff… OK what you gotta do is put an ice pack on it until it isn’t very cold and then put heat on it (icyhot works for the heat…) and keep alternating. it will help A LOT!!!
