How to lose weight in about 2 weeks

Helloo…im new to this soo…please help me…okay here we go…im reallly fat 4 ma age …I weight 70 kg an im 14 years old..am I fat…?? I have a fat flabby tummy an reallly big thighs…I also have no boobs but a big as…how do I go thinner in about 2 weeks..I want to make ma boobs go big..how..?? Please help me if anyone can…thank u sooo much..oh an I eat loads I cant help it specialy crisps…please answer this question 4 me…fank you soo much..<<<3

Well thighs…thats hereditary even if your mom is skinny. For the tummy you need to get your back mussles strong first…look @ exersizes for that on google. This all takes work but As for Boobs This is what everyone back from the 1800’s till today do! Its old fasioned and stuff but it works like a charm!

1: Put your arms in front of u 2: Bend them and grab your right elbow with your left hand and your left elbow with your right hand. 3: And Sqeeze! 4: you can feel the muscles in the breast area pull. 5: Laugh. It helps your matabolism plus you might feel silly! This means Just like when people lift weights they are practiceing and makeing themselves stronger. your makeing your muscle stronger and if you do this every chance you get your sher to grow in know time!

I am 14 and weigh 160!! please help! my thighs are sooo bigg!! so is my belly/stomach!!! I need to loose weightt in 2 weeks!! plzz!! and I cant use any medication or anything like that … thanks hope you guys can help

haha I know you probably dont want to hear this but you gotta go HEALTHY 2 weeks aint long enough!I am 13 and weigh 152 [[overweight]] so yeah!I have looked for every excuse to lose weight fast!there are NONE!youll just have to go healthy cut out crisps!
