Do It Healthy. Try a diet,and Jog or excersize 30 minutes a day. In crease it every week by 10-20 minutes. Youll see inprovements fast. Also,Drink a lot of water,itll help your metabolism.

As for diets,I recommend 6 small meals a day,rather than 2 large ones.Itll sped up your emtabolism and keep you feeling energized. Just reember each meal has to contain fruits or veggies,and Id stay away form soda as much as possible :]

Go on a calorie controlled diet using good healthy foods, especially plenty of fruit and vegetable. your nutritional intake should be approximately 50% calories from carbohydrates; 25% calories from protein; and 25% calories from fats (but avoiding saturated “animal” fats where ever possible. Also get into the habit of doing some regular aerobic exercises that are sufficiently vigorous to raise a sweat and elevate your pulse and breathing rates significantly above your sedentary (at rest) rates.

The fastest way to do this would probably be on a supersonic aircraft.
