How to lose that nasty leg fat

Does any one know how to lose that nasty leg fat Well if you do you can you please tell me how to!! It would be a big help!!! Thanks

work out! =] The exercises you should do depend upon what part of your leg you want to loose fat on. eat a lil healthier for a while and have a slight reduction on your total calorie intake. exercises, Ex.lunges, like 2 sets of 10 a day and you should see a difference after a few weeks running or jogging is great for losing fat and toning your legs. or if you don’t want to run, any cardio workout (Ex.jump-rope,etc) for 20-45 minutes 3 or more times a week is good enough. or dance as an exercise, if you love to dance, alone or with a partner, certain dances can be great for your body (especially your legs) Remember, its important to stay within your limit when exercising.
