eat lots of vegetables and fruits drink only water no sodas and junk foods or greasy foods eat only chicken and fish but grill and bake only dont fry it and dont eat red meat, shrimps, or pork they are not that healthy and exercise at least 30mins a day run,jog,do crunches, sit-ups, join a sport jump rope any thing thats CARDIO
Here’s what I did to lose 40 pounds:
-Make water your primary drink after breakfast (juice for breakfast) -No fried foods - only grilled or baked -Write down everything you eat - you are less likely to over eat whenever you see everything you have eaten. -Keep healthy snacks in your purse - so you won’t buy junk at stores. -Do not eat after 7 pm, you dont have a chance to burn those calories -No salad dressing - use vinegar instead -Eat fruit instead of drinking fruit juice - it’s better for you -No buttery flavorings - use spices and hot sauce instead -Organize your pantry - Big bags of chips, seperate them into portion sizes in zip lock bags so you don’t over indulge -Eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. -Walk for 45 mintues a day -Walk up and down stairs for 15 mintues -Order the smallest portion of everything when you go out. -Use vegetables to bulk up meals. You can eat twice as much pasta salad loaded with veggies like broccoli, carrots, and tomatoes for the same calories as a pasta salad sporting just mayonnaise. Same goes for stir-fries. -Avoid white foods (carbs) -Avoid any prepared food that lists sugar, fructose, or corn syrup among the first four ingredients on the label. -Chew each bite 20 times - most of the time we eat to fast and do not give our stomach time to tell us that we are full - and we over eat.
