How to loose a belly quick enoughh?

I reaaaly wanna loose my belly..its not realy big buh it still makes mee kinda selfconcious..lol

well it just depends…I lost 20 pounds in a months time. eat just enough to fill you up at the regular eating times. dont eat snacks in between meals, it might be hard but thats ok just tell yourself you wanna loose weight&&that those snacks wont help. then you need to exercise regularly. as in running or jogging, sit-ups, crunches, etc. I do it in the morning&&befor I go to bed. it helps me. so I hope it helps you. good luck!(: if you have any questions fun mail me.
