how to I get my audio manager to work???

I have windows vista home basic…I’ve installed realtek hd audio manager and it wouldent install…it would say no audio output device found…so then an update came and I was able to download it but now it says my vga isant compatable with vista and now I cant watch movies or videos windows media player doesent work and theres still no sound! im very angery about this so please help me resolve this retarded issue thanx everybody…that helpsme anyway!

Dude try to find out what ‘make’ your computer is and then find out which driver is missin in the device manager located in the controll panel\ administrative tools\ computer management\ device manager and then update the existin drivers or try findin the drivers cd which came with the computer.
