How to get help for my weight?

Okay so I kinda think I am a little underweight not much, (5’6 90 pounds) but At my school there’s no like “counslours” so yeah. I don’t want to talk to my parents, teachers is awkwardd. and doctors I don’t know about. Who do I tell, it would be great for no links or websites I was just wondering who to tell and how to get help and what happens? Or am I okay with my weight and just should let it go?

You are underweight and it is going to be up to YOU to fix the problem. No one else can do it for you.

I ran your bmi at: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/

You have a BMI of 14.52.

BMI is equal to or less than 18.5 (Underweight) A lean BMI can indicate that your weight maybe too low. You should consult your physician to determine if you should gain weight, as low body mass can decrease your body’s immune system, which could lead to ilness such as disappearance of periods (women), bone loss, malnutrition and other conditions. The lower your BMI the greater these risks become.

“What should a minimum calorie intake be?”

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.
