how long does it take to grow out your hair?

apparently by the time your hair reaches your shoulders that bit is two years old. im trying to grow my hair too after getting a kinda mullet cut(short on top and chin lenght on bottom)..it looked better in the magazine okay!

I had real trouble growing it for ages because of over bleaching and straightening… to help your hair grow avoid straightening if you can…it dries it out so little bits break of at the end as soon as it grows.same with dying too much. if you must straighten then use a good heat defence spray and only straighten once every day.

and if you dye your hair then try switching to hair hennas from LUSH.they dont damge it ATALL.100 percent natural stuff(you can see they have natural ingredients listed in green and synthetics in black in the lush times catalouge) you can use them as often as you like and it realy makes it soft and repairs damage..smells gorgeous too

I take holland and barret ABC plus vitamins because they have all the hair and nails vits plus more.

and get a hair trim every 12 weeks. and try and do a weekly home treatment too..V05 hot ol is very good

doing all this has worked wonders for me..my short top bits are chin lenght now and chin bits are just past my collar bone ^^
