How long will it take to grow my hair with hair growth supplements?

Okay so I jut started growing my hair(im black) so it an afro. It’s gonna take awhile but how long would it take for my hair to grow to like 5-7 inches? With hair supplements?

Its all really depending on how fast the supplements circulate through out your body. If its something your taking by mouth it will take up to 6 or 8 hours for it pass through your stomach and into your small intestine, then from there it has to be broken down into simplex forms for it to pass into the cell membrane. Then depending on the supplements effect, is how fast your hair will grow back.

Also having a clean internal system will help the supplements circulate faster inside your body. You can’t get an estimate about how long it will take your hair to grow back but the best you can do is take a guess. Other contributing factors to your hair growth are how healthy you are, how clean you are internally etc.

The best you can do is take the supplement and just wait for your hair to grow, no need in trying to speed up the process here.
