this girl is trying to say my buddy can go to jail for leading her on and she is a minor but he never did anything to her physcily

The closest thing I can think of would be verbal harassment depending if he said anything to that extent, but even with that, he wouldn’t go to jail I don’t believe. Chances are she said it out of anger/hurt and wasn’t thinking properly.
