How good is California Paints?

My painter is telling me that he read that California Paints ranked #1 in Consumer Reports. He is not so good with his english so I have been looking for more information about the paint. I need to paint the outside of my house and I want it to be the best. Anyone know about California Paints or something that is just as good?

You are going to find it difficult to buy California Paints if you live in California or any state west of the mississippi river. They are an east coast brand and they do make a really nice paint that was ranked #1 for exterior house paint by Consumer Reports. You can find their site http://californiapaints.com/ or you can use Benjamin Moore which is also ranked highly as well as Pratt & Lambert’s Accolade. They are all three really nice paint and I would recommend any of the three….some on that list though, are not some I would recomend after a few problems I had with my first house.
