how do you stop hunger pangs?

I’ve heard that you can lose a pound a day by not eating anything before you go to sleep, is that true? If it is, then how do you stop the hunger pangs? How do you stop hunger pangs in general?

yeah they say you shouldn’t eat after 8 pm. that is, if you sleep at a normal time…

yes this is true… it worked for me… but when I got hungry I just told myself that I wasnt hungry and went back 2 sleep…

You shouldn’t eat too close to bed time because your body has no way of burning of the calories and therefore they are stored as fats.

Try drinking water- it is good for you and it fills you up :)

You shouldn’t eat directly before bedtime. I don’t and I have allready lost 2 pounds in the past 2 weeks. I drink rooibos or greentea at night if I feel the need to eat.

eat. dont starve. if your scared of being fat avoid fatty stuff. really simple. not easy to do though…but you can do it, cant you?

food= energy. when you dont burn that energy off, its stored as fat. you dont necessarily loose weight by not eating before bed. in order to loose weight you need to burn twice as much as you consume…I suggest drinking more water and have more protein rich foods..

drink water, chew gum, and drink green tea (but not too much as it has caffeine in it)
