How do I talk to my husband about my eating disorder?

Bout my eating disorder he knows I have one but he doesnt know the inside stuff How do I bring it up and what do I say?? Help

You’re taking the first step, admitting you have a problem, you do - tell him you’re going to need his love and support to beat this thing and you can !!…I wish you every success - depends on you, not them !!

I am not too too bad you know sickly looking if you were all wondering.. I’ve had this for 6 months now.. and I lost 20 lbs… and 3 plus inches in stomach and 2 pant sizes

I have the same problem with my boyfriend. it is hard to tell someone you love. I know how you are feeeling

if he already knows you have one why would it be hard to bring it up…you know having an eating diorder will eventualy cause some major health problems if its really bad you may need some pro help good luck :)

u are married.. you just have 2 know you need too talk about it it will help the both of u… and it will mayb improve your relationship having him no you can come to him for anything
