How do I lose 20-28lbs by summertime?

So im not really overweight but im not skinny either im about 123lbs 5ft tall. Im in high school so I feel some pressure to lose some more weight.

Hun, You’re perfectly healthy! I’m 5’1 and I weigh 180lbs so I’m about 30-40lbs overweight. But I know I don’t look that heavy- I just am. You’re young and fit and it’s normal to be more than just skin and bone. At you’re height you have a perfect BMI and it’s really not recommended to lose weight. But if you’re stressed about it perhaps you should try toning your muscles. That’ll help transfer any ‘fat’ into muscle thereby making you look more fit. Good luck and NEVER let people stress you out over your looks!

you dont need to lose any weight I promise, you should just try to get into shape that will make you look better and feel better for summer. im 5’2 and im in high school. I weigh less than I would like, I weigh about 98 pounds. I have recently lost a few pounds and I am trying everything I can to get it back because this is not that healthy. xoxo, allie(:
