How do I lose this weight?

Hi I want to know how to lose 10-15 pounds less than 3 weeks

Just a note to ana-antidrug that smoking actually slows down your metabolism. Just so your not telling people false information. look it up if you like.

um. I restricted a lot of calories exercised a sh*t load and lost like 30 pounds. but I smoke and that increases metabolism, so im not sure cause I wouldnt reccomend smoking considering you might be like 13 or 14.

Just exercise.

drink a lot of water and eat healthy (but dont stop eating, this would just make your metabolism go slower) But the first week you’re going to retain water in your cells so sometimes you don’t lose any weight(but then the second week you could lose as much as 10 pounds). Good luck and, exercise! (coffe also increases metabolism…but it gives the impression you are hungry sometimes so, don’t drink too much)

drink a lot if HOT WATER it going to make you pi a lot and eat ok …dont over eat
