My wife & I been arguin for mnths I finally had enough I just came in from offshore make long story short I tried to leave she attacked me with my son in my hands she went 2 jail for domestic vio we went to court the 1st time came to agreement 2nd time I requested a drug test she failed & she was 3 mnths behind on my 9mnth old son I just don't trust my son with her & she lied 2 the judge sayin it was excedren & she keeps callin the cops sayin I've done things & she gets mad at them cussin them out so they leave want even take her report that's what he told me
Get copies of police reports, copies of drug test, have a witness with you when you are around her, have a stable home & a job that lets you be home daily & get a good lawyer. A good lawyer would remind the judge Excedrin wouldnt show up on a drug test. It test for specific chemicals not in OTC meds. She'd been better off saying she ate poppy seeds.
don't spy on her because she could say you were stalking her and get a restraining order. maybe you could get a friend to report domestic abuse on her.
Get her declared psychologically unfit to care for your kid
