How do I get cuts?

How can I get cuts? I mean I was already explained that I need to bulk up and then that I would need to cut,but my question is how do I get cuts?Like the guy in my albums with the tat on his chest?Like tell me specifically what is needed to do this.

After you bulk up to the weight a little above what you want then to get cut you do more reps with 1-2 more sets than you usually do. Make sure you get the full motion of each exercise and do not use any type of ‘cheating reps’ or ‘jump reps’.

Dropping body fat % is also a key element in getting “cut” models are around 3-7% bodyfat and that is pretty small.

All in all getting cut is more in your diet than it is in the gym.

ok, obviously this guy above me doesn’t know sh*t! lol. Body builders at the time of a show don’t have less than 5%, because it’s unhealthy… for an average male, you should have between 12-17% bodyfat… If you want to get “cut”, then do cardio, tai bo, pulates, etc… keep to a muscular endurance training program, less weight and more reps… and if you want cuts… become emo.
