I have really bad gas and I can't get it to stop. It is disturbing my social life because I keep having to run away every fifteen minutes or so to break wind. The other day I had an accident while I was out with a girl at the mall and I had to throw out my underwear in the restroom at the mall! I try to hold them back but the pressure is so intense! Any suggestions to help my broken rear end?
well i sugjest eating more dairy products prefferible milk and cheese things like bread and stuff, and lay off fruits especially apples and grapes for a while, if ur drinknig apple juice that can kick it hardcore , umm try and ask ur doctor they may have pills and medicnes for that they can issue you
