How can I train my running stamina through swimming ?

Hello. In less than 2 weeks time, I’ll be having my 2.4 km run test. I just want to pass. However, I hate running a lot. Everytime I try to run, I’ll feel like vomiting. But I do enjoy swimming. How can I train my stamina through swimming.

And, how can I avoid having broad shoulders ?

my mum said that if you run in the water, you can run faster on land because of the pressure in the water, so its like, your pushing aginst it or something

run in a pool that goes up to your chest. if you do that daily or every other day you will notice a difference after about 2 weeks.

Eat at proper times, breakfast..dinner…tea, with snacks inbetween, I had the same feeling when I played football and started running I felt like being sick, but I got into a regular sleeping and eating patter…drank lots of water (very importanrt) and next thing you know was fine when it came to running. Get through the first mile and your body will set itself in a rhythm and you wont really feel tired :)
