How can I sleep early??
hi im a girl and im 16. Normally I sleep at 10 to 11pm but lately I sleep like 4 to 5 in the morning. I cant sleep bcoz I keep on thinking,and I cant stop thinking about something..I dont know whats happening to me!! I wanna sleep early!! could someone help me please :[[
- do something about the problem that keeps your head busy at night. or at least
- talk to somebody you trust about the thing that bothers you. or if you cant
- do something physically exhausting in the afternoon. Then have a warm shower and a herbal tea with valerian.
that means your stressing about something! you have to asess the situation to stop stressing. and practice deep breathing, some stretching before sleep also dont drink no caffeine and dont eat to much sugar before bedtime and also lol dont dont do nothing physical for at least 2 hours before bedtime and dont eat a big meal right before bedtime and you should fall asleep.

A bottle of beer polystyrenehigh? Please don’t listen to that.
Do you like reading? I struggle to fall asleep at night and find that reading helps me relax enough and to distract my mind to fall asleep. Just make sure that you read about something happy. Topics that are too controversial will probably have you thinking all night long.
Also make sure that your room is neat and the space where you are sleeping is clean and neat. That will make you feel a bit more calm. And then make sure that your bags for the next morning is packed, you know what you are going to wear etc. It sounds compulsive, but it really helps eliminate distractions.
Also writing in a journal to clear your head is an excellent way to help you fall asleep.
Then about a half an hour before you plan to sleep, turn off tvs, computers and other devices that might distract you and over activate your mind.
Oh, if you like music you can always put the radio on softly and listen to some music to help you fall asleep.
Then I want to add, that your body doesn’t always need too much sleep. If this happens once in a while, don’t worry about it. If it happens often try natural techniques to fall asleep. Try and stay away from sleeping tablets alcohol and other medication as far as possible. They are really easy to get addicted to and in most cases actually disturb your sleeping patterns a lot more than helping them.
If nothing works, you can try melatonin, it is a natural product and isn’t addictive at all. (but please use it as a last resort in any case)
