How can I make my thighs smaller?

So I’m 5 foot exactly and all around pretty skinny except for my thighs and **s. They are huge. What can I do to make them smaller, without losing a lot of weight all around?

The concept of targeted weight loss is a MYTH. It doesn’t happen…

You said they are huge; aside from that being a total exaggeration, huge how? FAT? MUSCLE? If you have fat, it can be burned off with exercise, or removed via liposuction (if the doctor agrees to do it).

If your legs are muscular… there’s no healthy way to reduce muscle density, and I’m not going to tell you about the UNhealthy ways… so I suppose that you’ll just have to live with it, until your self-image improves.

This is going to sound really dumb and silly. But whenever you think about it, tighten (clinch) your butt and thighs together and hold for 15 seconds and release and keep doing that. Like whenever your sitting in a chair for a long time, just keep doing that over and over and that will tone your butt and thighs.

I know, sounds strange, but it works if you do it enough and, of course, use other excercises like legs lifts, etc.

Muscle is more dense than fat…you might gain a couple pounds, but toning the muscle will make you butt and thighs more solid and not jiggly, which I think gives an appearance of smaller, well-toned shaped legs…

try researching on Google if you haven’t already.

I’ve heard that leg lifts will only tone my thighs building muscle that will make them even larger. but thank you for you help. I just may try that
