How can I make my metabloisim faster with different techniques ???

How can I make my metabolisim faster with different techniques because I’ve tried working out so many times but its not that im lazy, I just find it really really boring. So is there something else I can do without taking pills and with not the regular same old workout.

I was watching this thing on tv and a way to loose weight and make you matobollism faster is to :

  1. When You Are Hungry, Eat

  2. Eat What You Want, Not What You Think You Should

  3. Eat Consciously And Enjoy Every Mouthful

  4. When You Think You Are Full, Stop Eating
