How can I lose the belly fat?

I weighed myself today and it said 112,and that is the right weight for my age,but I think I’m kinda fat.The only reason people don’t notice is because I suck in my stomach a lot. How can I lose the extra fat,but stay in the right weight range?

Most “belly fat” comes from having a weak core. That includes not just your upper and lower abdominals, but also your obliques (on the side) and back. If you work on those muscles it will tighten your midsection and make your belly flatten out.

Simply a Rose to brighten your day,         And maybe lessen the cares in your way;         And also, too, to help you to know,         That in knowing you, many others grow!       Start a good exercise program to tone your muscles. That will reduce fat but is not likely to make you lose weight.

start to do 10 push ups in the morning before you go anywhere and curl ups also. Because when you do that the fat part goes away and then your going to get a 6pack were it used to be
