So I am making a cake and it calls for 1 teaspoon of vinegar but by accident I put in 1 tablespoon I just did it like 5 seconds ago how can I cancel this out? I need an answer ASAP please, thanks.
That's not a huge amount, it may not need adjusting - taste the batter first and see if it's ok.
If it tastes too vinegary, add a little sugar and very little salt...keep tasting and adding it until the vinegar taste has been cut back.
then I will have too much cake and I can't just like triple everything which I would have to do uhh maybe it will just have to be very vinegary :(
I just added more vanilla to it to make it better it worked I guess? its not too vinegary so yeh
just add more of everything else to balance out the amounts :)
