How can I effectively lose belly fat?
I have always had a belly, even as a child and it has never gone away…am I always going to have this or is there anything I can do to get rid of it and flatten my stomach? Want to do it in a healthy manner.
hi I am in the same situation as you, I suggest you just eat healthy and exercise at least 3 times a week. I do these things and have seen an improvement over the last few weeks am not bloated and have lost a few pounds. oh drink lots of water as well.
I don’t want to “diet” ..I dont believe in that, but want to live a normal healthy life and eat healthy and excersise. I want to be an example to my kids of being able to still be mindful of our bodies yet do so in a healthy way…as a Mom with a teenager with anorexia, I have to be so careful the examples I portray, but yet still be a normal human being who needs to be heathier as I am a bit over weight…and I need to lose weight and be healthy for me too.
when I was little I woulden’t eat anything. I was so skinnie! I wish I was like that now. they put me on this medician. its called respadal. when I got on that I gained 8 pounds every week. evently I was at 160 pounds at ten years old!!! I was so fat! then they took me off it and I still coulden’t stop eating! but I was lossing some weight. but im 120 right now. im 14. and they say thats the average but before they put me on that medican I was 65 pounds at ten. thats under weight but I was so athleatic! I could run forever! now I can’t run very far at all! I miss those days. but I also starved my self for a whole week! I lost 18 pounds doing that 2 years ago!
I sorta have the same issue you as you, exeppt I dont have a belly im flat, but im not firm and I want to be firmer and im eating healthy and doing exersize will help I assure you, its easier for me because im only 15, and do situps, like 50 a night is what I do, depends on your age, jsut cut out a lot of saturated fats in yr diet aswell, saturated fats are worse than calories because fat is harder to burn off xxx
