How am I able to move out of my moms house with out her concent?

I want to know when I turn 17 if its legal in the state of Illinois to move out of my mothers house with out her concent or having to move back and just live with my boyfriend and his aunt/uncle in the same town. My boyfriend is 4 years older then me and I’m worried about him getting in trouble if it is illegal. I need answers that a lawyer or a police officer would answer.

The age of sexual consent in Illinois is 17, so there is nothing that your boyfriend can be charged with, unless you started having sex when you were 16 or younger.

The legal age of adulthood, however, is 18, so unless you get legally emancipated from your mother or get her consent, you cannot legally move out unless someone else gets guardianship.
