Well, I guess you can but I wouldn’t take chances. I’d recommend wearing a tanpan to save yourself from embarassment. It’s better to be safe then sorry. I don’t swim while on the period for I’m afraid I might turn the water red and I’ve never used a tanpan before but I have friends that use them.

Of course you can but why would anyone want to go swimming w/o a tampon? I’m 55 and don’t even have a period anymore but I learned a long time ago that if you don’t know about something, it’s always good to look at things from other peoples point of view. Would I want to swim around in someone else’s blood? Nope!

I have heard that once you get into the water to go swimming, the flow is going to stop but I wouldn’t want to chance it. What if you were to get out & you perioded all over your swimsuit or in the water for that face, that would be disgusting. You should probably just wear a tampon, not like they’re that bad anyways.

actually you can swim without a tampon its hard to believe ;) because a friend of mine done that , but once you get out of the pool you have to run as fast as you can to the toliet to put one on because , a friend of mine was tellin me she was and the bath and when she got up the blood just ran from her

You can, but you’ll probably end up being embarrassed when blood runs down your leg when you get out.

Rather use a tampon.
