Help! I got super dry lips :(

I’ve never had this kind of chapped lips before. Until my mom bought me this lip gloss from mary kay.. It was cool because it gave me a very glossy look. But after a week of using it I notice my lips got so dry it hurts. I’m definitely not dehydrated. it took me so long to realize what made my lips like this. What should I do? I love the lipgloss but I am doubting that it’s the reason for my chapped lips. Could it be possible that I am allergic to that lipgloss?

try not to lick your lips and try vaseline under the lip gloss

try Burts Bees chap stick:) I looove it and the same thing happened to me when I started using some clinique lip gloss. I put a small bit of burtsbees and then the lip gloss over it. it may not taste very good, but it feels sooo much better.

Wear Vaseline on your lips at night. Believe me- you wake up and they feel so smooth. (:
