Mom kicking me out for my Dads
Ok ya’ll say my mom can’t kick me out cause im pregnant! Right?? But what if when she kick me out she send me to my dad’s and I don’t want to go!! Is it something I can do if I don’t want to go???
If he agrees and your Mom gets joint custody, then its perfectly legal for her to do that. Simply because he’s you biological parent, he could probably do it without any legal proceedings. Do you know for a fact you’re pregnant?
If he does not have legal custody of you - she can not make you go live there.
Although - that does not mean that he can’t get custody of you - all they would have to do is go to court.
Depending on the state you live in being pregnant qualified you for emancipation, but you need to check with the courts to determine if your state rules this, age at which this applies,etc. If you r emancipated you can choose to live on your own or if you have relatives in your town or near by that you are close to then you could choose to live with one of them if they are agreeable to it.
If he has legal custody of you also - she can send you there.
