How the heck do you swallow a pill?

Put it as far back on your tongue as you can (without gagging), and take a big drink. It’s no harder than swallowing food when you eat, it’s just the idea that it’s not actually food.

i know my friend had the same problem but yeah juss put it on the back of ur tongue and tilt ur head when u drink and juss swallow>> without chewing!!!! i have to take a pill for low vitamin D

I have this really bad gag reaction when it comes to swallowing pills (I still occasionally throw up). You put it on your tongue, take a drink and swallow it with the water. I usually eat something right after to take away the feeling (i know, it’s in my head, what to do). If it’s really all that bad, try a pill crusher (but you probably should try to learn to take pills).

If your having problems, try and break the pill in half.

Hahhahaha i love this question, so for ADHD i have to take this pill that is like a horsepill and you cant break it otherwise youd have a bad reaction. So I take a sip of water, then right as you feel you need to swallow pop the pill in your mouth and then follow up with more water
